Role Overview

This is an opportunity to work in a Start-up-like environment and be a part of building and launching a new brand in the category of beverages. The candidate will have an integral role to play in formulating and executing the company's Sales strategy for a new Brand Launch.

Role Description:

Target for quarterly business (Value level, Brand level and on other functional areas)

Planning and Preparation on the month's deliverable (overall sales & focus activities).

Align monthly secondary value objective to all his team members and built connectivity

Ensure alignment of distributors on monthly objectives

Planning for Month inputs, focus brands and how to utilize them to drive secondary

Set up tracking and review with time lines for self and for team to secure monthly objective

Role Requirements:

- Should be a strategic thinker who can give direction to build the complete sales system

- Area Sales Manager will be responsible for all the Region.

- Monitoring and controlling key account sales.

- Collection & Compilation of Business Data to analysis the Sales trend.

- Launch the new products & Skus

- Business Forecast.

- Handle MT chains Dmart, Big bazaar, Hyper city, Star bazaar, Reliance Retail

- Key Account Management & Leadership.

- Promotional Events & Marketing

- Visiting retail outlets a day to ensure Sales Volume, product Displays, Supply Standards, Issue resolving and Build Rapport with the trade Partners.

- Guiding and Training the merchandisers regarding the product displays as per Planogram.

- Should have experience in setting up things from scratch

- Strong channel relationships in Bangalore

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Sales mostly from Beverages, FMCG industry

- Wide experience in General Trade, Modern Trade and Institutional Sales

- High on energy, positive attitude, openness to ideas.

At least 6 - 10 years of Sales experience (majority in Juices / Soft drinks)

Should have strong relationships in Bangalore / Karnataka

Salary range: 11 - 16 LPA
