Organization : Leading Alcohol company.
Education Criteria : Post MBA at least 5 yrs-Max 8 yrs of exp.
Looking for Tier 1 and Tier 2 B school.
Qualification :
- An MBA in the age group of 30 - 34 with 6-10 years of experience in the FMCG industry
Experience :
- Proven track record with good leadership skills
- Ability to guide and train his DRs
- Analytical ability: forecast market trends, analyze market data
- Ability to liaise at all levels/ have administrative ability
Behavioural Skills (Both essential & desirable) :
- Flexible and creative
- Exceptional social and communication skills, well groomed, with a pleasing personality
- An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
- Willing to travel extensively
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience & knowledge of channel sales
- Good inter-personal skills
- Knowledge about various sales techniques
- Should be handling On roll people.
- The incumbent should be - street-smart-
- The incumbent should have on-the-feet thinking
- Ability to do a lot of hard-work
- Should be good with numbers
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Sales Volume, Market Share, Profit for the State
- Break targets Brand- wise, Licensee / party wise
- Sales planning/ stock requirement forecast
- Existing Distributor management
Drives Marketing initiatives :
- Plan budget brand-wise
- Generate demand/ push
- Build/ sustain & improve brand image
- Stay on top of foreseen changes expected in respective market
How :
- Make business decisions based on the inputs from front line
Commercial discipline :
- Ensure control on the out standings
- Other statutory formalities needs to be
- Evaluate RSE/ TSMs constantly. Give performance feedback and train them on regular basis
- Work on their strengths & AOIs
- Seek help from External Affairs to deal with the deal with Excise, Corporation
- Syndicate Management
- When required escalate the issue to Manufacturing for stock/ transport issues
