Plan, develop and implement business strategies for overall growth of the area allocated & the distributors in that area, with the objective of improving sales, fostering profit line, developing strong line of leaders and enabling business expansion   Roles & Responsibilities :   - Administer & manage distributors business, sales, and performance   - Plan and set KPIs (Sales, Recruits, Retention of active sales force, Promote - ups) and sales - target for DBs and regularly have business plan meetings with them - Measure DB performance and providing innovative & startegic inputs to improve it   - Collaborate with the DMA team to ensure a booming financial health of the DBs business   - Design a training calendar for the distributors and sales force and accordingly ensure weekly - meetings & monthly workshops   - Oversee that the DBs are abiding by the company processes and procedures   - Identify new potential areas for expansion and accelerating its development   - Conduct area mapping to identify new areas for expansion, potential vs penetration update   - Formulate strategies for new area development  - Identify the strengths of the area and constantly work towards capitalizing on them to bolster business growth   - Identify the weaknesses of the area and design and implement measures to overcome them   - Regularly monitor the business and analyse the data from MIS to understand trends & hence use them to formulate strategies   Acting as a guide, mentor, trainer to the sales team as well as the distributors and new leaders in the region  - Identify potential consultants & managers, train & mentor them to make them eligible for promotion   - Attend meetings & field actions to analyse them and provide feedback on the same for improvement   - Extend exclusive training (instruct, demonstrate, observe and coach) to the distributors   - Conceptualize, design & customize training modules in response to the training need specific - to area challenges  - Mentor & motivate the sales force to perpetuate their trust in the company and its vision   - Management and administration in the execution of regional events, BTL activities, exhibitions, demo parties, recruiting parties & keep the Chain of Confidence alive   - Manage strong long-term relationships with distributors and sales force by supporting, influencing and motivating them   Preferred Skills :   - Multi-tasking   - Team player & leadership capabilities   - Persuasion & Influencing skills  - Communication & presentation skills   - Time management  - Communication skills   - High EQ   - Training Skills   - Analytical Skills   - Problem solving capabilities  Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience: MBA/ Post Graduation with 7-10 years of experience
