Further, the India Automotive business is also the most material business within Castrol India Limited (CIL).   - The sales team organization for the Automotive business is aligned to the various business channels viz. Retail, Workshops (Franchise and Independent), Heavy Duty (Institutional, Building & Construction etc.) and OEM Development.  - It Exists to guarantee Successful achievement of Retail Sales and Gross Margin targets in a territory. The SE-R achieves this by implementing the area sales strategy which should include plans for increasing reach, advocacy and key product sales.  - Ensures key processes are embedded and that the Distributor Sales team possesses superior capability. Will be the First Person Responsible for distributors- sales teams- (DSR, SO, FMR) market working.   - Retail business in the assigned territory. Does not include acquisition of accounts such as Bike Points, CCC, Pitstops etc. specifically assigned to other teams.   - However it includes routine servicing to such accounts including CASAs. (Castrol Authorised Service Associates)   Key accountabilities :   - Ensuring implementation of key HSE processes in word and spirit.   - Appointing and managing distributors in the allocated territories Ensuring trade advocacy for the company.   - Dealer Management- Managing Channel consisting of Traditional Outlets ( Oil Shops & Spare part shops ),Independent Workshops ( Non Franchise Workshops & Franchise Workshops ; viz & M Tractors & Bajaj ASCs ) & New Format Outlets viz; ITC E Choupal & Metro Cash & Carry etc.   - Conducting Activation- Fleet Meets, Farmer Meets, Mechanics Meets, Oil Change Camps & Joint Activation with OE Partners viz., M&M.   - Train & Coach Distributor Sales Team to drive Company Initiatives & Sales processes.   - Tracking competitors' activities Prevention of trade mark violations at the point of sale.   Kindly send us an updated copy of your updated resume in case you wish to pursue the same.   Kindly note that your resume shall be shared with Castrol Only and that too after we have had a discussion with you and have clarified your queries.
