Job Description:  Handling a large team of distributors and channels.  Responsible for cross selling of different products of our brand  Accountable for managing 13 stores across various cities and resolving their issues/queries  Managing P & L of large turnovers  Recording sales growth and reporting the same to the management team on monthly basis  Monitor and control dynamic pricing and assortment planning for more than 50 vendors/suppliers across all stores  Led negotiations for consumer and trader promotions, visibility and in-store branding, thereby increasing the contribution of promotion articles  Desired Candidate Profile:  2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG Sales  Graduate or Engineer + MBA from a premier institution (IIM, XLRI, FMS, NITIE, SPJain or JBIMS) with a strong academic background  Forum Shah hCapital Executive Search.
