Job Role : Area Sales Manager / Business Manager / Senior Executive - Channel Sales.
- Responsible for establishing Distributors & Direct Dealers network..
- Market mapping/Intelligence and appointing and expanding dealer network and thereby increasing the market share.
- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary objectives of the company.
- Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
- Focusing on achievements of targets SKU wise and ensuring the Increase in Market Share both in terms of Value and Volume.
- Accompaniment with Sales personnel of distributor's to ensure proper market service.
- Monitor stock, supply level & coordinating with logistic dept.
- Responsible for the training and development of Sales staff of dealers, distributors & outlets from time to time and giving them tips to counter attack competition.
