Area Business Manager - Franchise Operations - Retail

About Our Client :

- Our client is a multinational retail giant which operates in Beauty and Wellness services through a network of franchised salons.

Role Overview :

The role holder will be responsible for managing the Franchise owned salons profitably and delivering top line & bottom line results for the franchise salons.

- Ensuring highest level of customer service as per the company standards.

- Achieving the targeted bill value and manage the operational costs.

- Initiating and carrying out the marketing activities

- Ensuring SOP adherence with respect to service delivery and staffing.

- Responsible for driving the product sales and royalty collection.

- Carry out monthly audits to ensure quality.

Desired Profile :

- 3 to 7 years of experience in retail is must.

- Sales skills and people management skills.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

- Graduate/Post graduate management degree

- Candidates who have experience in salon/store operations will be highly preferred.

Salary Range: 6-10 LPA
