We work with highly skilled people who enjoy high quality work with 100% dedication in a friendly environment.  Candidate Profile  - MBA's from top tier institutes.  - 7-8 years of top notch experience, preferably in research, or related areas such as consulting or analytics oriented jobs  - Strong finance knowledge, valuation modeling capabilities, writing skills, ability to identify key growth driver challenges, regulatory issues, future trends, technology changes, manufacturing strategies etc.  - Self starter and highly motivated.  Key Responsibilities  - This is a position where the individual will be responsible for managing a fast growing practice in the areas of business research and advisory practice. He/she would directly report to the Senior Manager and/or AVP, Business Research.  - Such a person should possess a strong blend of strategic and analytical thinking and operations execution.  Analytical thinking is required to enable him / her to structure and guide research / consulting assignments with clients, and manage the project internally. To ensure smooth execution of all projects and business, he /she will need to possess excellent operations management capabilities. Operational responsibility will include grooming talent, managing large and growing teams, developing internal methodologies and continuously refining training modules and ongoing process improvement, ensuring high scores on customer satisfaction surveys.  - This role involves the responsibility of managing multiple clients across the world.  - Assist in organization initiatives like business development (collateral development, prospect calls), marketing (content for website/ blogs, event support, reports etc), process initiatives (training, recruitment - lateral and campus & knowledge contribution).  - Client management - client handling, ensuring and tracking client satisfaction, relationship management.  - People management - career development, guidance, mentoring, performance management, retention and engagement, recognition and grievance handling.
