The position is based in Muscat, Oman  Candidates with experience in servicing of apple products & with APPLE CERTIFICATION will not be considered.  Job Description: Apple Care Manager  Company: Will be disclosed only after resume is shared  Qualifications & Experience BE- Electronics/Telecommunication with more than 10 -12 years- experience in leading a high-profile service center for mobile devices having walk in service center. Out of this the last 5 years should have been in an Apple care center handling exclusively Apple repairs. He should be familiar with Apple procedures for Repairs   The ideal candidate should have Apple certifications and he should be hands on and a process driven person. He should be familiar with Apple Care practices and service deliverable.  PURPOSE: The Care Manager is responsible for ensuring the service targets achievements in terms of service quality, Quantity, Revenue, administration and ensure that procedural requirements for the Service Location are met on a daily basis.
