Advising the company on corporate issues namely :  (i) Reviewing of joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements,   (ii) Drafting, reviewing of the agreements such as MOU/ Term Sheet, non-disclosure etc.   - Analyze various business proposals/ transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures in the legal context.   - Contract documentation, legal drafting, vetting and over all legal support for other departments in ATL.   - Drafting of Agreements with the Franchisees, Consignment Agents and other Business partners etc.   Qualification - B-Comm + LLB / CS+LLB / BA+LLB  Exp : 2- 4 Years in the same profile
