Job Role:  - Develop & Design marketing collaterals (in- shop / sales promotions/online etc) as per brand guidelines.  - Coordinate with Agency. Designing pan India sales promotion offers/region specific offers and formulating Annual Marketing Calendar for Apollo Pharmacy & Nutrition/Sport pdts.  - Agency Management - BTL/health camps  - CRM Activities for Key Accounts. (Corporate/ large data base)  - In depth study the buying pattern of the customers/shopping occasions/ frequency of the purchases etc based on the study develop a strategy to enhance the bill value.   - Design Online Offers /Digital marketing like Coupons, etc Interact with different set of customers/understand the customer in each segment/develop a sales plan with strategy for each segment   - Design loyalty program for each customer segment, continuous interaction with existing loyal customers through CRM program, offers/schemes and interact with them to build brand image /degree of loyalty.   - BTL marketing.   Desired Profile : Should have Exposure in CRM programs / BTL activities/ Brand building/ customer understanding / Brand promotion.   Qualification : B.Sc/B.Tech with MBA from Reputed Institute
