Overview ;  As an operations research consultant/analyst you will provide innovative solutions to Antuit’s client business problems using advanced OR tools and techniques. As a part of high-performing team you will play a critical role in delivering a variety of solutions in end-to-end supply chain - strategy, tactical to operational – workforce scheduling, procurement to price optimisation.   The position entails various components including consulting clients and project implementation/delivery.   Job Description:  - Enable client to effectively articulate technical requirements and provide partnership for successful project implementation.  - Analyse the client’s business and technical requirements to arrive at solution options and design   - Lead end-to-end project delivery and work closely with Antuit’s multi-location team and client’s stakeholders.   - Develop optimisation models using solutions like ILOG JViews, ILOG ODME, to answer targeted business questions  - Develop programs using Java Swings  - Analyse and interpret optimisation results and derive insights; consult the client.  - Construct and present proof-of-concepts and prototypes to enable pre-sales.  - The role requires medium term stay of at least 6 months in Singapore before locating back in Bangalore; will need moderate travel thereafter.  Key Skills (Requirements) :  - 3 to 5 years experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.  - Strong knowledge and multiple project implementations using ILOG JViews and Java Swings  - Knowledge and project implementations of other optimization tools like CPLEX, GAMS etc   - Performed technical solutioning & design using the above tools.  - Fundamental understanding of science behind optimisation.  - Advanced data analysis skills including MS Access, Excel, preferably SQL knowledge.  - Basic understanding of statistics with working knowledge of one of the statistical package SAS, SPSS or R.   - Ability to design and advice on complex systems implementations including custom optimisation solutions.  Preferred but not necessary (Requirements) :  - Knowledge and project implementations using ILOG ODME (preferable)  Qualification required:  - Masters preferred with a degree in Decision Sciences, Engineering or similar quantitative degree.  - Should have worked in Analytics services, consulting and or in Data Management & OR industry.
