Anti Bribery/Environment Social Governance Professional - Infrastructure

For a large infrastructure company headquartered in Chennai (got a funding of 1000 crores in 2015) is looking to find a compliance professional

This person is responsible for ensuring Management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed and that behaviour in the org meets the company's standards of conduct.

Also responsible for formulating, administering and monitoring compliance with the group's anti bribery and corruption and environment, social and governance (ESG) policies and processes.

He is responsible for devising and implementing strategy for Fraud prevention, detection and investigation and enforcing zero tolerance approach to code of conduct violations.

He is responsible for generating awareness on code of business ethics and conduct compliance and carry out anti fraud awareness sessions among employees, vendors and business associates.

He will act as a change agent and will lead the transformation by preparing the organization and its employees to accept and adopt the new systems and processes pertaining to ABC and ESG
