We invite applications for the role of a AVP / VP / Sr VP with relevant work experience of 5-7 years in a client facing role  Role:   Origination to deal closure of Healthcare investment banking & Advisory functions (Capital raising through PE/ Public markets, M&A, Operations Advisory and Business restructuring) to meet business targets  Responsibilities:   - Active assistance in building a pipeline of strategic opportunities for sourcing deals from potential clients, contribute to idea generation, strategic planning and fostering a collaborative work environment   - Managing end-to-end deal execution involving preparation of deal material, liaising with client management and all stake holders involved and ensure seamless information flow, assisting in due diligence processes and ensuring final deal closure   - Updating self & team knowledge on industry actions, affairs and developments at a Pan India level to identify trends and indicators   - Overseeing business, sector research, valuation analysis using various methodologies to explore & evaluate range of strategic alternatives, commercial and financial due-diligence of the deals includes investment appraisal, financial analysis & modeling.   Candidate Profile:   - An MBA (preferably from IIM/ ISB or a top tier institute)/ CA/ CFA with relevant work experience of 5-7 years in a client facing role with Investment Banks/ Consulting Firms having exposure to fund raising / investment appraisal with good understanding of Commercial & financial aspects.   - Capability of business origination & professional networking with potential clients in healthcare/ pharmaceuticals sector is MUST.   - Previous experience of originating and executing PE raises & M&A deals, originating capital market transactions (IPOs/ QIPs) would be an advantage.   - Willingness to perform beyond direct job mandate   Essential Skills:  - Networking & connectivity with key decision makers to source deals within the healthcare/ pharma sector  - Comprehensive understanding of recent healthcare capital raising trends in the sector  - Excel modeling & power point skills for collateral preparation (MUST)  - Soft skills to lead the engagement process from origination to closure including strong communication & presentation skills  - Willingness to travel & ability to execute
