Analytics Specialist - BFSI

Responsibilities:

- Generate analytical insights for commercial vehicle finance credit and communicate/syndicate findings with top leadership of credit and business

- Responsible for ongoing maintenance and creation of credit scoring models and updating inputs from credit and business

- Develop and institutionalize algorithms that can be used to identify opportunities and insights across functional levers and segments/products

- Generation of MIS/Dashboards for reporting key metrics to senior management

- Scenario Analysis for modeling impact on NCL ratios

- Prepare monthly/quarterly model monitoring reports for all segments and key product areas.

- Review the reports and compile executive summary and highlights of key trends

- Act as core advisor to the National credit manager in day-to-day activities regarding credit risk

- The candidate will be the chief statistician for the Vehicle Finance LOB of CIFCO working directly with the National Credit Manager and in close liaison with Risk Management.

- His/Her primary role will be to manage the portfolio NCL using statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques

Qualification: 4-9 years of work experience. Preferably in analytics unit of established bank/NBFC

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of SAS (or equivalent statistical tools) & MS office (VBA preferred)

- Knowledge of financial statements analysis preferred

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to top leadership
