We are looking for an Associate to setup and manage Analytics team of a large integrated Travel operator. The Associate will be a part of the Foreign Exchange team, which is the largest vertical within the company.  The Job Description is as below:  Business Analysis  - Model development: from conceptualization through data exploration, model estimation and validation, implementation, documentation and presentation  - Ability to conduct data mining analyses and build data mining models, as required, as part of the initial solution development process  - Translate data mining results into clear business focused deliverables for decision makers  - Establish key performance indicators and standardized reporting to deliver perceptive and actionable recommendations  Voice of Customer   - Drive activities like customer profiling and segmentation  - Design processes to get customer service feedback, provide insights to the sales and service delivery teams  - Help product innovation and development  - Assist in creating customer life-cycle management and loyalty programs  Market Research and marketing support  - Competitor/market intelligence and analysis  - Evaluate web analytics data and make recommendations to constantly improve the effectiveness of online marketing efforts, including search marketing  - Partner with marketing function to provide insights for marketing programs and online experiences  - Provide management with comprehensive, timely and user-friendly decision support and recommendations with respect to new business initiatives  The position will report into Associate Vice President – Analytics & Commercial  Desired Skills  - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills   - Project management skills  - Excellent written and verbal communication  - Strong interpersonal skills  - The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and train junior-level employees   - Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and PowerPoint applications along with analytical tools like Macros, SAS, etc.  - Proactive and a quick learner  The candidate should be an MBA from either a Tier I or Tier II B-school.  Please respond with the following details other than your professional background.  Education background Current CTC and Expected CTC Notice period
