Analyst/Senior Analyst - US Taxation - BFSI

Job Description :

- The group performs tasks comprising tax return preparation, generating year-end tax reports and tax analysis.

- Tax analysis would involve detailed instrument level analysis as per U.S. Federal, state, and local tax laws.

- The responsibilities of the group also include issue of annual K-1/PFIC (investor tax) statements and quarterly tax estimate statements to investors.

- The group supports the tax planning team on trading-related tax compliance reports and analysis for private equity deals from tax perspective.

- The role requires close interaction with various internal groups and external tax advisors/attorneys.

- The candidate should have upto 2 years' experience in U.S. taxation.

- Experience in hedge fund or private equity taxation will be a strong plus.
