Profile - Analyst / Sr. Analyst
Department - RDMC ( Credit risk, Market risk, Quant risk, Operational risk and Market Risk Middle Office)
Roles & Responsibilities:
As an analyst in RDMC Credit, responsibilities include data analysis which involves detection and resolution of risk data exceptions to improve the quality of counter party exposures and capital Implementing data quality processes/procedures to ensure accuracy of credit data.
Ongoing evaluation of existing controls, design / amend existing and new controls.
Assessment of operational risks associated with current controls.
Partner with Information Technology to streamline, automate and develop new tools for Credit Risk Project related activities geared towards internal Credit Risk requirements as well as Regulatory requirements
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Qualification, Experience & Skills: Division: Global Risk Function : Risk Data Management and Control - Credit / RDMC - Credit Designation: Analyst Experience:
(2-4 years) Qualification: - MBAs with engineering background preferred. (CFA/FRM is added advantage)
Key Skills: - Ability to investigate, analyze and resolve complex data integrity issues Understanding of data workflow and integrity concepts
Good Knowledge of derivatives, trading products and Credit Risk Concepts
Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to form successful working relationships - Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines -Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Advanced level proficiency on MS Excel, PowerPoint - Knowledge of Excel Macros with VBA, writing SQL queries will be advantageous.
