Analyst/Senior Analyst - Operations & Recruitment - BFSI

Interview to be conducted in Bangalore. Candidate should be from Teir1/Tier2 College only.

Recruitment:

- Sourcing world-class talent through innovative projects.

- Managing the advertising efforts and analyzing the efficiency of the ads.

- Sourcing candidates for recruitment events across the globe.

- Tracking top-notch conferences for the research team and identifying sessions for them to attend and people to network with.

Operations:

- Handling all backend recruitment operations like processing submissions from all sources, preparing candidate material for hiring managers' review, sending candidate updates to headhunters, and handling candidate queries online.

- Maintaining process and project documentation.

- Maintaining a database of scientific research papers and patents.

- Identifying/troubleshooting infrastructural issues on the proprietary tools and coordinating enhancements.Corporate Development

- Analyzing and reporting operational, technical, and recruitment-related data.

- Tracking the ongoing research and technological advancements in the relevant scientific and engineering fields.

- Gathering literature to support scientific research projects.

Internal Team Management:

- Assisting with resource planning, work allocation, and project management.

- Contributing to training, mentoring and quality control.

Salary: Upto 16 LPA
