Position - Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Financial Ratings

Qualification Required: MBA/CA-(First and Second Attempt Only)

Location- Mumbai

JOB Description:

Analyzing financial statements of NBFC,BFSI,Financial Institutions,etc performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of the company. Managing a portfolio of clients and handling rating assignments under the supervision of Team leader.

Preparing rating reports by including profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, ratio analysis like proficiency, turnover & solvency, financial projection/modelling, operational & industry analysis. Presenting reports to rating committee and writing publication ready rationales.

Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure of the businesses.

Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation.

Keeping a track on the performance of the industries associated with the portfolio.

Maintaining relationship with the client portfolio and monitoring company performance.

Providing guidance to Associate Analysts/ Sr. Associate Analysts.

Assist senior analysts in areas related to credit evaluation and monitoring.
