Portfolio Management – PE – CA

- One of the clients of HRD India Consulting, a venture capital fund is looking for a person in portfolio management who can work closely with the portfolio companies and help them in managing overall finance, accounting, MIS, compliances, taxation processes.

- Analyze company’s performance metrics and report the same to investment committee or portfolio management team. Comment on performance against future plans.

- Oversee statutory compliances, help in building strong processes at portfolio companies.

Candidate Profile

- Must be a RANK HOLDER CA

- Must have 1 year post-qualification experience of working in audit/internal audit/tax audit/accounting/due diligence or related roles with Big 4 firm or very large corporate with special focus on compliance

- Must be confident in number crunching and financial analysis

- Must have very good communication skills
