PMO - Analyst (Big 4 Consulting)  Below mentioned are the details of the Opportunity with a Big 4 Consulting firm in Bangalore.  Role : PMO Analyst  Description : We are looking for Junior Project Management Office professionals with 1 - 3 years of experience, to work with the Risk Consulting practice in Big4 Consulting, Bangalore.  The PMO analyst will work as an integral part of Project teams in India alongside clients and consultants in the U.S., assisting in the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and processes.  Education : Graduation /Master's /MBA from reputed institute(s)  Required Skills :   Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:  - Demonstrated PMO/Project Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management  - Experience of working in Client Delivery processes involving interaction with multiple stakeholders and performing support activities  - Experienced user of MS Project Plan, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)  - Understanding of Budgeting & Estimation concepts for Business Units  - Excellent oral & written communication skills, presentation skills with ability to co-ordinate/conduct meetings  - Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills  - Candidates with Risk Management would be preferred.   Roles and Responsibilities :  - Track and report on project or portfolio performance  - Plan, schedule and drive Stakeholder meetings & provide requisite documents/deliverables  - Co-ordinate and obtain necessary data points, documents & information as necessary to meet PMO delivery outcomes  - Assist in managing Resource allocation/ on-boarding/ roll-off/ transition  - Document and share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels  Sriram
