Salary Range: 7 - 10 LPA  A new VC fund has a requirement for the following.   - Must have exposure to supporting senior management in fundraising  - Been a part of at least 1 complete roadshow on the buy side, sell side or startups side   - Candidates from wealth management, boutique ibanks  - Proficient in putting together financial model/ cash flow projections, presentation, investment memos, term sheet, etc   - Ability to talk confidently to CXO on phone and in person  - Never say stop attitude; Always eager for more responsibility  - Credible education track record with a Masters/ MBA from tier-1 college   - Reference letters from previous firms are needed at a later stage  - The variable bonus can easily be more than the fixed salary for this role; Fixed salary range is Rs 7-10 Lakhs/ annum  Interviews are ongoing in Mumbai  Mumbai candidate will be preferred though that's not a constraint
