Responsibilities:

Financial modeling (DCF, Sensitivity Analysis, Rental Value Analysis)

Real Estate Consultancy Feasibility Analysis

Highest & Best Use Study Techno Economic Viability Study

Redevelopment Valuation Analysis Rental Assessment.

Building financial models and investment memos for companies under coverage.

Performing redevelopment analysis of societies, slums, cessed properties etc.

Conducting highest & best use studies of a land by assessing demand, historical trends, and permissible usages.
