Analyst - Equity & Debt - Venture Capital Fund

Role and responsibilities :

- Providing transaction support to Investment Managers, including support on desk and on-site diligence, financial analysis, pipeline / origination efforts and transaction closure

- Conducting market and sub-sector research on financial institutions, agriculture and renewable energy sectors

- Supporting in preparing presentations for cross-sectoral as well as sector specific initiatives in the region

- Monitoring of portfolio investments as well as of the markets in which they are operating

- Provide day-to-day operations support to credit risk management and transaction management teams within responsibility

- Liaising with team located in other regions

Note : Looking for someone with PG from a premier institute with min 1 year experience in Investment banking / private equity space.
