Value & Innovation Services (V&IS) is a global practice with a 50+ team of deep-skilled corporate finance and corporate strategy practitioners who work across industries in engagements requiring value-focused strategic assessments, business planning, pre- and post-merger analysis and support through Value Labs. A Value Lab identifies client-specific value creation opportunities through an integrated analysis of industry trends, financial statements, competitive benchmarking and positioning, and macro-economic themes.

The CN India Value Hub will be the primary engine to delivery of Value Lab analysis, targeting to deliver upwards of 200 CVL analyses annually of major Accenture clients around the world.

Role :

This role is for an Analyst/Consultant in the Strategy practice's Client Value Lab (CVL)

The Value Lab Analyst/Consultant will be part of the team at CN responsible for delivering Value Lab analysis for clients.

Responsibilities may include :

Project Delivery : Be part of small teams to deliver CVL assessments for global clients, prepare deliverable content, and participate in delivery presentations.

Content will include :

- Analysis of industry trends and client competitors positioning

- Financial analysis of clients and their competitors

- Interaction with global client teams to identify value opportunities.

Industry Expertise :

Provide industry expertise as relevant.

Experience :

You must be a business post-graduate with up to 8 years of post-MBA experience. Ideally this experience would have been in financial assessment, industry analysis and/or strategic analysis and planning.

Specific experience will include :

1 to 8 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in one or more of the following sectors:

- Consumer and Industrial Products and Services

- Resources, Chemicals and Utilities

- Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets

- Healthcare Industry

- Communications & High Technology

Exposure/experience in :

- Strategic analysis and planning

- Market entry strategy

- Industry research

- Financial analysis / Modelling

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School

Key Competencies and Characteristics :

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment

- Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
