Analyst- Compliance-(Gurgaon)   - The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the day to day compliance responsibilities to support Enterprise Growth Servicing (EGS) business line in the continued development, growth and maintenance of an effective Know Your Counter-party (KYC) Compliance Program.   - In particular, this role will support Compliance with Regulatory requirements required by the US Patriot Act article 326 for the Seller Identification Program (SIP) and support research and analysis with documentary or non-documentary means and contain a clear understanding of primary and secondary requirements as they relate to our policy.   - This position will perform the daily review of transactions through the Bridger OFAC database to ensure that all transactions comply with OFAC regulations.   - Will be responsible for screening all of the internal EG databases against the the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)..   - The OFAC Compliance Analyst will respond to Global EG representatives- questions and provide timely analysis for the guidance with respect to OFAC compliance related issues.   - The OFAC Compliance Analyst position will need to work the following functions: OFAC Sanctions Screening, Contract retention and documentation, PEP and Adverse News Screening, and KYC due diligence.   - Ensuring the robust monitoring of Global Sales limit of travelers cheques as defined by regulators.   - The KYC Compliance Operations Analyst will support - New Seller- Due Diligence as well as conducting the appropriate analysis on exiting Sellers within EG  - This individual will conduct meticulous analysis of each - Legal Entity- using both internal databases and external investigative tools, and be capable of producing well-written findings/reporting detailing the potential risks or activities for review by a manager and, when appropriate escalate findings to members of the Compliance and Ethics Team, legal counsel, and senior management for further review and direction.   - The Compliance Analyst will respond to Global EG representatives questions and provide timely analysis for the guidance of our Seller Review Process with respect to compliance related issues.   - Helps draft and revise new and existing policies and procedures and adheres to a firm policy of KYS operations/functions as outlined in our current policy.   - The KYC Analyst position will need to work the following functions: OFAC Sanctions Screening, Contract retention and documentation, PEP and Adverse News Screening, and KYC due diligence.   Offer of employment with company is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.   - CA /CS / LLB with at least 3 yrs of post qualification experience   - Should possess the ability to summarize findings from research, possess geography knowledge to incorporate country specific regulatory requirements in to any inquiries and monitoring of all actionable activities, that support regulations exams/audits, legal counsel or senior management requests.   - Good knowledge of global regulations is required along with the ability to use problem solving and analytical skills when essential - Good writing & communication skills and an analytical mindset for this position in a dynamic, ever changing, fast-paced work environment.   - General understating of the Patriot Act 326 Regulation   - Should have the ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of information, financial and otherwise, from numerous sources and maintain strong attention to detail   - Should be a professional, self-motivated, deadline-driven team player able to work in an ever-changing environment, Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills   - Each member of the team is expected to take direction from managers and to contribute to process and system improvements on an ongoing basis   - Should have Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, LexisNexis, Access Database, SharePoint, Transparency International Corruption Perception Index, Federal Crimes Prevention Act, PEP familiarization, World Check, OFAC/Bridger, and other internal resource tools   - Ability to learn and effectively use other software applications including numerous research/investigative tools that may be in other countries or languages.   - Understanding of global - Legal Entities - and the risk they pose with consideration of publicly or privately held businesses details and jurisdictional risk.   Shift timing : 6:30 pm - 3:00 am
