One of our clients, A leading IPC is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.   Analyst-Capital Markets  Basic Job Purpose:   - Providing support in the execution of structured real estate transactions, land transactions, debt syndication and certain principal investment opportunities  - Providing support to firm's principals in client acquisition and idea generation  - Preparing pitches to secure new clients  - Preparing Information Memorandums for mandated transactions  - Preparing detailed financial models and investment notes for transactions  Education & Experience:  - CA/MBA from Premier Institutes with 1+ yrs of experience in financial modeling, including detailed income statement forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, capital structure modeling and valuation  - Understanding of corporate finance, including:  - Valuation: Discounted Cash Flow and Return Analysis  - Understanding of policy regulations governing capital flows into Indian real estate  - Different types of debt and equity securities, pertaining to real estate  - Foreign Direct Investment and Foreign Portfolio Investment guidelines  - SEBI and RBI guidelines for public markets and bank lending  - Prefer Female candidates.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details   Premnath Worksource Professional Bangalore
