Analyst/Associate - Transaction Advisory Services - CA

Position: Analyst/ Associate - Transaction Advisory Services

Role:

- To be a member of the Transactions team involved in financial due diligence, valuations, M&A across diverse sectors

- Responsible for day to day execution of the assignments involving financial analysis, preparation of databooks, valuation models, identification of key deal issues and giving advice to clients on key business drivers, purchase price adjustments etc.

- Assist seniors on large assignments and independently handle small transactions

Requirements:

- CA with 1-3 yrs of post-qualification experience from Big 4 or Tier 1 Indian Accounting firms

- Should have cleared in CA in first attempt with solid 3 years of article ship experience

- Work experience of articleship and post qualification should include relevant statutory audit experience

- Strong academic background

- Good skills of working on MS Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word is a must

- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
