Apart from the aforementioned development / coding skills we are also looking for someone with scientific & mathematical thought process ( Stochastic, probability, Number Trees etc ).  - We are ideally not looking for a someone who is already a Trader or a strategist, we are looking for someone with the skill sets mentioned above and is passionate about a moving into the Quantitative Finance world.   - This is not going to be a developmental role, this is going to be a Quantitative role where you will be expected to develop or code from scratch for :  - Pricing Model  - Risk Models  - Empirical Models  - Trading Algorithms  are few examples, this is not an Infrastructure development or an IT development role.
