Job Specifications -
- Title - Analyst / Associate - Leadership hiring.
- Experience level # 3 - 6 years of experience in leadership hiring.
- Extensive exp. in sourcing, research, mapping, hunting passive C- level candidates.
- Period of contract will be 6 months to 1 year and eligible for conversion subject to performance.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a process driven and organized corporate environment.
- Ability to work and coordinate with senior leadership team as hiring managers.
- Experience in hiring through social media hiring/networking tools like Linked in / Twitter / Spoke etc.
- Position reporting to head of leadership hiring.
