Role Objective   - Leads and executes strategic design and process improvement initiatives in a timely manner for external processes  Primary Responsibilities  - Leads and executes strategic design and process improvement initiatives in a timely manner for external processes in distributor servicing and internal information sharing  - Drives quality, cost, and service delivery projects to completion using process improvement methodologies   - Ensure continuous process improvement in Distributor/customer servicing for external processes or external leg of processes  - Partner with process owners of external delivery and vendor teams to drive and sustain results  - Drive productivity improvements and reduce non-value adding expense  - Generate efficiencies through centralization /rationalizations of external tasks and processes  - Drive performance improvement through improved end-to-end process design and management   - Delivering against specific KPIs such as :  Achieve desired level of ABO experience   Average customer resolution time  Complaint/Query escalation rate   Reduced complaints/queries related to orders  Fulfilment of SLAs/TATs  Call logging rates  Accuracy (Transactions processed without errors)  First contact resolution rate  Only Female Candidates Preferred  Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience & 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in innovation/ process improvement  Educational Qualification: Post Graduate preferred in management
