Purpose of the role Contribute in the design & implementation of competency & capability building initiatives to strengthen development-oriented culture in Amway India through introduction and implementation of employee development processes and programs. Primary Responsibilities Employee Capability Building /Development - Identification, analysis & prioritization of Training & Development needs for employees - Program design & implementation to bridge skill gap in consultation with external or/& internal expert - Evaluate & re-design existing market level development programs basis need. - On-boarding program design & implementation (pan-india) - Measurement of training effectiveness & incorporate corrective action - Improve awareness & usage of LMS (Amway University) as a tool for self-learning - End to end training operations - Manage MIS/Reporting on training Campus Hiring Program (Build Your Own Timber) - Lead campus hiring program for Amway India including Management Trainee & Summer Internship program - Build & maintain relationships with reputed business schools year-round via campus out-reach initiatives - Design Management Trainee stint including on-boarding, cross functional exposure, live stints & periodic check in Rewards & Recognition - Build & sustain a culture of recognition across Amway India by leveraging recognition programs - Program management & maintenance for SPARK (Amway India's Online R&R platform) - Program management & maintenance for annual awards (Red-Carpet Awards) & Long Service Awards Employee Engagement & Communication - Lead the design and publication of employee magazine (3 editions/year) - Lead internal communication initiatives - Support administration of Employee Opinion Survey as a measure of Employee Engagement - Support in design & implementation of focused employee engagement interventions - Lead Employee Wellness program & Fun@Work initiative (Sampark) Employer Branding - Identify opportunities to create a positive Employer Brand internally & externally in alignment with our EVP - Curate people/culture centric content for Amway India's LinkedIn page - Contribute to Employer Brand building through participation in various external recognition forums PROFESSIONAL/PARAPROFESSIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION - Identify opportunities for leadership team to represent Amway India in prominent industry forums REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE - or equivalent experience gained from any combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience Education Degree Field Related Experience (years) Certification(s) / License(s) MBA/PGDBM (Full Time) Human Resources 4-5 Years of experience in Talent Management role Required skills and competencies - Strong Domain knowledge - Strong interpersonal skills - Passion for learning, curiosity and demonstrates learning agility - Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent Communication and negotiation skills - Ability to collaborate & connect with people across levels - Ability to understand business & create value for it through TD & engagement initiatives - Ability to think creative & turn ideas into actionable items
