Purpose of the role - 

To ensure support to the achievement of business plans by being custodian to code compliance in the regions.

Primary Responsibilities - 

- ROC Cases and Reporting

- Effective resolution of ROC violation cases in coordination with local offices & HO. - 25 days from date of receipt

Reporting on Code Compliance - Monthly / weekly

- Relevant and timely reporting of all ROC, QVG cases on: weekly and monthly basis - Monthly - By last day of the month

- Updation of all cases on SSCMP and BBRS - Ongoing

- Qualification Validation

- New Qualifications - Communications to Leaders/qualifiers to get customer lists.

- Re-qualifications - Communications to Leaders/qualifiers to get customer lists.

- Follow up with Leaders/qualifiers for any additional information required.

- Investigate into customers list with the help of the local offices, if required.

- Work closely with LGS team for timely closure of the qualifications.

Time Target - 30 days from the date of receipt of list from HO

- To find & monitor the new trends with special focus on Higher Award Trackers

- HATV: Effective and successful on the implementation and updation of HATV in Region

- Shop Selling/Online selling & Tracking of Products

- Sample collection from the identified Retail Stores/ Online portals within 72 hours from the time of receipt of complaint

- Scanning of purchased products - Same day

- Preparation of document for Review Committee - Same day

- To initiate action against the Amway Direct Sellers identified - Same day

- Collation of all papers and evidences and share the Communication on our final decision to the Amway Direct Seller within 10 days if no response, within three days if response received

- Regular visit to markets to check shops with a history of shop selling. to include in internal weekly report

- Scanning: Monitor the Scanning% of the complete region and work and coordinate towards improving the same Weekly - scanning should be 100%

- Connect with Direct Sellers - Best Practices Workshop- Interactive Sessions - Plain speak

- Conducting relevant and informative training on the Rules of Conduct/ BPWs sessions for Amway Direct Sellers, Silver and Gold forums/Interactive Sessions
