This position is responsible for leading the Cards acquisition from Alternate Channels. This is one of the lead channels for acquisition of AXP Card Products with focus on generating business from the mass affluent segment.   This position is required to:   - Provide thought leadership in conceptualization and implementation of the alternate channel strategy in Bangalore market.   - Build a team of sales managers (proprietary B30 employees) and Business Development Executives (on the ESA payroll) for cards acquisition and increase market share in the relevant segment.   Key Responsibilities also include:  - Training & managing the sales ops at all partner locations with an objective to maximise closures at the point-of-sale/activity itself.   - Generate innovative ideas on process and product variants with view to maximising productivity of the channel.   - Act quickly, Speed will be of essence in creating and implementing innovative ideas for selling in the targeted segment.   The ZSM will have to:   - Deliver on key metrics - NAA and Billings goal for the city   - Build a strong premium sales team (ESA Payroll), which is focused on acquisition of prospects through consultative selling approach instead of push sales culture.  - Ensure that all acquisition/partner related activities (In Store/SIS etc) are organised and executed in a seamless manner with special emphasis on the effective man power mobilisation and maximizing closures at the various touch points.  - Track & Analyse the acquisition nos across all acquisition/partner related activities (In Store/SIS etc) daily and & implement changes/ sales strategies on a Real Time basis.  - Analyze BDE performance on a monthly basis as per the guidelines and develop strategies to retain high performers and replace poor performers  - Analyse performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that metrics on approval rates, cancellation rates, declines and spend behavior etc are met.  - Develop proactive promotional plans/ contests for prospects and employees with a view to keeping the interest alive in the product.  - Develop strong partnerships with Back office Operations viz QC team, New accounts to ensure a high-end customer experience for prospects.  - Provide leadership, manage and motivate the team of PSF Sales Managers and Business Development Officers to ensure employee satisfaction.  - Ensure that all mandatory trainings and compliance requirements are implemented and adhered   - Ensure that the partner adheres to all the parameters/SLAs specified in the contract also ensure the correctness of the bill w.r.t HC,attendance etc and timely submission of the same.  - Ensure that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions are done on time.  - Building a compliance culture with strong controls for timely identification &correction of issue's.  This role may be subject to additional background verification checks  Qualification :  - Excellent analytical & creative thinking skills.  - Excellent motivational & leadership skills.  - Strong interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills   - Ability to manage relationships - Internally & Externally  - Self motivated with high creativity, energy levels and a strong results orientation.  - Ability to lead a large teams   - Graduate with at least 10 years of demonstrated Sales experience or an MBA from tier1/tier 2 B-schools with 7-8 years experience  - Focused with a high drive for results.  - Working knowledge of PC.  - Ability to work independently and without close supervision  Contact: 080-8962431 / 09886592697
