Technology Vendor Manager  Job Description Overview :   - A Personal Asset Manager (PAM) will lead specific core aspects of vendor and asset management to ensure the Technology organization receives optimal value, performance, and transparency from our vendor partners via governance of third-party vendor contracts, roles and responsibilities, and resource logistics.   Primary responsibilities :   - Onboard vendor resources and ensure that they have all the necessary access, real estate, and assets by their first day of work.   - Develop and oversee adherence to headcount, skill sets, ratios, and other vendor resource logistics   - Ensure all mandatory training is completed in a timely manner by vendor partner resources.   - Govern adherence to predefined job roles and responsibilities for vendor partners.   - Ensure HR data accuracy.  - Off-board resources and ensure all assets are recovered and that access has been removed.   - Identify key resources and succession plans including KT and documentation.   - Define and execute strategies targeting non-value add activities to eliminate waste.   - Identify applicable KPIs and develop tracking and reporting on resource utilization.   - Develop strong relationships with Vendor Partners to ensure strategy success.   - Develop and govern performance evaluations for vendors and resources.   - This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.  Qualifications :   - Ability to communicate across multiple layers and levels   - Proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, including planning, management and execution of responsibilities   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   - 2-5 years of prior Technology vendor resource and/or HR resource management.   - 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools .  - 3+ years of experience in process improvement and resource optimization.  - Prior experience managing assets (ordering, allocation, lifecycle, decommissioning, etc.)   - Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in an applicable field   - Prior experience with American Express preferred   Job type - Full Time  Industry Type - Digital Commerce   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
