Job Description :   - This exciting role will be to lead the team managing the Sales Incentive Planning & Calculation process in BSE COE for American Express. The individual- s responsibility will include leading transition of the process to India from across the globe and stabilizing it.  - The incumbent would need to work with the larger stakeholders on the development of the Platform on ICM, overseeing the monthly reporting process for tracking results, producing quarterly compensation reports and ensure timely and accurate incentive payouts.   - The leader- s responsibility will include supervising day to day operations of BAU and adhoc reporting tasks and engaging with Planning and reporting business partners to understand new business requirements and provide regular updates on team- s performance metrics.   Responsibilities :  - Manage day to day operations and pipeline of tasks for team and prepare and report critical team metrics like standardization, capacity, timeliness, accuracy etc  - Assist team in system requirements, design and development efforts   - Facilitate business requirements gathering and application testing initiatives by driving alignment with key business stakeholders   - Lead team in performing annual updates of incentive compensation and tracking business rules.   - Drive stakeholder updates like governance calls and regular updates Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations  Qualifications :   - 9-11 years of experience in reporting, analytics and operations.  - Should have demonstrated people leading qualities in previous roles and must have good understanding of sales, reporting and incentive compensation.   Key Skills :  Product development :  - Prior experience and string understanding of SIP process across domains  - Team management and people leadership experience   - Worked on developing/maintaining complex codes and understanding of coding concepts.  - Strong Query building /writing experience using SQL on database platform (DB2 experience is needed, other database platforms a plus) and OLAP skills.  - Prior experience of product testing and UAT  - In-Depth understanding of sales funnels preferably in credit card industry  Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Operations   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
