Come join us and realize your potential This role sits on the Global VR team as part of the Voice Response Capabilities organization and will focus on delivering an extraordinary customer care experience through innovation and backed with Data analysis. This position will play a vital role in helping Understand trends and carry out Deep dive analysis to identify drivers to improve Voice Response (VR) Performance and Various Product Metrics. Key responsibilities will include: - - Lead the Data analysis program in order to better understand performance and drive improvements and ideate Process improvement idea backed with Analysis. - Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy reporting and analytical solutions, deliver actionable insights - Data Analytics, Data mining to understand trends on VR containment rates and Self service rates - Incumbent will monitor the existing performance management system to ensure that they are working as anticipated. They will serve as a point of contact when there are issues with this system and work with development teams to remediate and communicate. - Progam management including communication and strategic planning - Issue management &amp; resolution - Relationship management between operations leadership and technologies teams - Be a thought-leader and demonstrate an innovative mindset. Proactively drive and influence the decision-making processes by delivering key insights and outcomes - A strong sense of responsibility and ability to operate with composure and reliability in a time sensitive environment - A seasoned people leader with ability to handle a team, proven ability to hire, guide and mentor team - Advanced analytical skills like segmentation, profiling, propensity modeling preferred Qualifications Graduate/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute with 7-9 years of relevant work experience in Analytics, business insights, reporting and process improvement domains - Strong business acumen and thought leadership, including capacity to quickly understand critical linkages and business requirements - Hands on experience in SAS and SQL and visualization tools like tableau. Extensive experience of developing, implementing reporting and analytical solutions - Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex tasks concurrently - Experience in analyzing Complex data, drawing inferences and making recommendations - Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented, proven ability to find errors in large data set or reports - Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with and manipulating data - Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills with an ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear and compelling way - Ability to drive results in a dynamic and ambiguous environment with ever changing priorities - Strong sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables - Ability to identify nonstandard solutions and act as a catalyst for change - Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured Initiatives - People leadership skills.
