- This opportunity is within GSN MI & Analytics Global New Accounts team which is a part of high energy, entrepreneurial team. We are responsible for supporting the development and distribution of MIS & Insights across the global Line of business. The ideal candidate must have a strong mix of strategic thinking, advanced analytic knowledge, and good communication skills.   Job responsibilities :  - Candidate will be responsible for Providing Analytical & Decision Support across World Service through Data mining (from sourcing to staging data and building analytics to implementation)  - Provide insights through analytics at customer level across all markets that will drive decision-making towards driving more efficient business processes, re-engineering and customer satisfaction.  - Utilize broad set of analytical tools/techniques for data mining, data cleansing, data extraction, analysis & transformation, data interpretation, insights & reporting solutions.  - Experience consulting with business owners and recommending appropriate solutions based on clear understanding of business needs  - Work on various In house reporting tools to pull standard & custom reports  - Identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work  - Interacting with all levels of the organization across multiple time zones. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.  Qualifications :  - The Person should hold a Graduate Degree with 3-5 years of overall experience and minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analytics domain  - Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and measurement  - Ability to drive business insights from the data and provide actionable steps  - 1+ year experience of working in SAS,SQL & Teradata environment is must, Prior working experience with IDN tables will be highly preferred  - Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs - Advanced Excel, Access, VBA & SQL,R  - Experience in Big Data techniques(i.e. HADOOP, HIVE, PYTHON etc.) & data visualization (Tableau) is a plus  - Bachelor's in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering ; Masters preferred  - Strong Project Management Skills, Ability to Work on Multiple Projects, And Work Effectively In A Team Environment  - Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills  Shift timings : Window for shifts -10:30 AM - 10:00 PM.  Language : English  #NOLI
