Job Description : - Research and execute innovative techniques to leverage automation and help teams achieve strategic objectives and deliver an excellent customer experience Responsibilites : - Remain well versed in new technologies in the digital space, automation, robotics, and machine learning as well as best practices available in the market - Proactive in introducing new capabilities and garnering support from leadership to test use cases across the organization - Consistent evaluation of digital roadmap with a growth mindset - Supports operations and process owners by working to understand the existing process and evaluate opportunities for automation or streamlining using intelligent Automation - Responsible for consulting with stakeholders when executing change including process owners, finance, legal and compliance as appropriate - Independently handles customers/stakeholders for any queries/escalations - Should be familiar with the responsibilities of a Product owner and Agile methodology. Hands-on experience in defining user stories in JIRA/Rally.
