Job Description/ About This Role :&nbsp;<div><div> - The Business Analyst primary focus is to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills to support key business initiatives and solutions from early discovery through to implementation. - To succeed in this role, you will engage with stakeholders, capture and document business requirements and deliver actionable insights to drive and improve KPIs. You may also develop project plans to ensure that the scope, approach and key milestones are fully understood by the wider team and stakeholders.&nbsp; ABOUT THE TEAM - The Knowledge Management and Learning capabilities team is made-up of; Product Owners, Managers, UX designers, and Developers. We are responsible for envisioning and implementing the next generation of Knowledge and Learning solutions. Our aim is to provide users with seamless, efficient and well-integrated experiences that meet their needs and expectations while delivering on key organizational goals.&nbsp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the Director, UX Designers and product managers to deliver insights and recommendations to improve user experience across an expanding portfolio. To achieve this, you will: - Work with leadership to prioritize business and information needs.&nbsp; - Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and identify, analyse, and interpret trends to generate data-driven recommendations. &nbsp;- Build and nurture working relations with stakeholders across capabilities to capture and document business and customer needs. &nbsp;- Support the implementation process through project plans when required.
