Job Description :   - Global Servicing Network, American Express - global customer service unit, is in the midst of a transformational, multi-year journey to consolidate and upgrade the global customer service experience for potential card members, merchants and corporate clients. This position is part of the Capability Planning team, whose mission is to enable superior customer satisfaction via investment in best-in-class servicing capabilities.   - The position calls for both (a) the ability to manage a complex Portfolio of projects that span across functional areas and geographies to secure execution under our strategy, detailed control of investments, including tracking success against key financial, customer, operational and project metrics. The Manager will regularly interact with GSN senior leadership, and will be based in the Gurgaon office.  The major areas of responsibility for this role include :  - Creation and lead of the New Accounts PMO  - Provide project management to selected strategic initiatives  - Control investment and Tech development recommend options and help lead resolution  - Ideate, build, improve and maintain data gathering and collating tools and processes such as status and milestone reports  This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.  Qualification :   - 3+ post-college work experience  - Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management and PMO through solid academic background and hand on experience  - Must have superior, consistently demonstrated, relationship skills  - Proven ability to frequently influence without direct authority, including with those senior to you.  - Experience in handling and synthesizing complex and diverse information  - Strong analytical, and problem solving skills  - Able to operate on multiple, confidential, diverse fronts simultaneously with careful attention to detail  - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  - Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MS Access Ability to drive process excellence consistently over time  - BA required; MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree preferred.  Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Digital Commerce   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
