Job Description : Function Description : - ICM - Incentives management system Development and Support Purpose of the Role : - The purpose of this role is to work with the IBM ICM system to develop processes, and also to provide support to customers. Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers who use the ICM system. - Develop new forms, reports, SQL Queries, and other technical tasks to enhance and maintain the current implementation of ICM.
