Function Description: The Charge Card team is a dynamic business that manages Charge Card portfolios and Card Member experiences across India. This role will mainly focus on a Product value proposition, Card member experience, P&amp;L management, portfolio performance and servicing optimization initiatives for Charge Card products in the India market. In addition, there will be an additional responsibility to manage certain platform benefits. Purpose of the Role: We are looking for an energetic, agile, passionate and hands-on individual to join the team to continue to drive growth in a dynamic fast paced environment. The individual must have a proven ability to drive results is key to this role. Gaining an in depth understanding of the Charge products, you will be required to create strategies to drive customer engagement through existing and new communication channels as well as develop innovative ideas to deliver customer value on existing products. Responsibilities: - Drive key portfolio goals and deliver best in class servicing, enhanced benefits and improved communications - Manage platform capabilities &amp; benefits spanning across products - Lead &amp; deliver initiatives to meet customer needs including enhancing existing product development and premium product refreshes by partnering with internal stakeholders (local &amp; global) and utilizing project management disciplines - Produce regular reports to monitor portfolio performance, provide insights and make recommendations to meet shareholder or customer goals. - Investigating, problem-solving and recommending solutions to improve the customer experience - Deliver insights based on customer satisfaction surveys and competitor benchmarking to identify, recommend and size product improvements to improve customer satisfaction and guide the future product line strategy - Ensure communication of product benefits in partnership with marketing team - Contribute to the compliant operation of the product portfolios, identifying and addressing operational and compliance risks - Managing approvals for relevant marketing campaigns ensuring accurate product content Critical Factors to Success: - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management skills to deliver to critical timelines and with excellent attention to detail - Proven skills in relationship management and influencing cross functional project teams - Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Sound business acumen with experience in sizing opportunities - Team player who is flexible &amp; maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities. - Tertiary qualifications preferably in marketing or business - Understanding of American Express- Consumer Charge products and the competitive landscape an advantage Past Experience: - 5-6 years of marketing experience ideally with a combination of product, project and relationship management within financial services, or similar industry Academic Background: - MBA from a tier-1 B School Functional Skills/Capabilities: Technical Skills/Capabilities: Knowledge of Platforms: Behavioral Skills/Capabilities: - Enterprise Leadership Behaviors - Set The Agenda: Define What Winning Looks Like, Put Enterprise Thinking First, Lead with an External Perspective - Bring Others With You: Build the Best Team, Seek &amp; Provide Coaching Feedback, Make Collaboration Essential - Do It The Right Way: Communicate Frequently, Candidly &amp; Clearly, Make Decisions Quickly &amp; Effectively, Live the Blue Box Values, Great Leadership Demands Courage- Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Digital Commerce The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
