This Manager/Snr. Manager position in GCP Risk Management team will lead analysis of the multi-billion dollar GCP portfolio. The incumbent will lead a team of 2 analysts responsible for making strategic recommendations based on rigorous quantitative analysis. The team will play a lead role in identifying drivers of credit performance and and provide relevant business recommendations to manage credit performance for the portfolio.   Key priorities will include:   - Deliver high quality analytical engagements to support GCP risk, sales & client engagement priorities   - Build and enhance attrition and spend models in partnership with GCP stakeholders   - Analytical support to resolve risk escalations and policy gaps   - Liaising with the Institutional Decision Science team to review and address opportunities identified in the high balance default case studies  Qualifications :   Team management experience of atleast 2-3 years   People from credit rating firms preferred.  Graduation & post graduation from tier 1 preferred.  Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of highly skilled econometricians, business and data analysts in developing information-driven solutions for our customers.   - Experience working in highly cross-functional environment, flexibility and adaptability to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities  - Demonstrated passion for customers and clients, and for creating a consistently superior customer experience  - Ability to understand data, synthesize into real-world meaning, break down business problems, and conduct brainstorming.  - Relevant statistical analysis/econometric experience required and able to effectively translate analytical findings to business implications   - Knowledge of financial analysis, CFA preferred
