This team has specific responsibility for loyalty analytics supporting global markets at an enterprise level. The incumbent will be responsible for shaping our loyalty analytics with a wide range of deliverables including but not limited to loyalty products and programs, loyalty channel strategy and developing merchant value stories.</p><br> Purpose of the Role -&nbsp;</div><div><p><br></p> Right now we have an exciting Manager-level opportunity to shape our loyalty products and programs globally by providing actionable insights and analysis. This individual will also play a lead role to drive our channel strategy for customer facing loyalty redemption platforms and craft test &amp; learn strategies for our feature build-out. <br><br> Responsibilities -&nbsp;<br><br></div><div> <p>- Lead and train two analyst</p><div><br></div><p>- Partner with Loyalty CoE teams to provide analytics support and actionable insights towards shaping up the loyalty products and their efficient management</p><div><br></div><p>- Identify key moments in customer's redemption lifecycle with a view to target them at an opportune moment with a relevant offer</p><div><br></div><p>- Provide merchant value story analysis to showcase the value of rewards partnership for the merchants </p><div><br></div><p>- Devise optimal channel strategy for the digital platform for rewards redemption via clickstream data analysis</p> <br> Critical Factors to Success -&nbsp;<br><br></div><div> <p>-   Proven ability to analyze complex data and processes and derive actionable insights from the same</p><div><br></div><p> -   Deep understanding or experience with statistical techniques and machine learning</p><div><br></div><p> -   Advanced knowledge of SAS and/or SQL required</p><div><br></div><p> -   Experience with Hadoop, Hive, Python or other big data tools highly desired</p><div><br></div><p> -   Proven thought leadership ability</p><div><br></div><p> -   Proven ability to influence without authority</p><div><br></div><p> -   Proven ability to lead a large number of projects and drive results forward in parallel</p><div><br></div><p> -   Strong verbal and written communication skills</p><div><br></div><p> -   Experience working with partners across business units and international markets</p> <br>Qualifications<br><br></div><div><p>Past Experience -&nbsp;</p><div><br></div><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role.
