Overview :  - Governance Liaison has responsibility for overall internal control processes impacting Global Service Network and the incumbent will serve as Regional Manager for GSN Business Continuity Compliance, GSN Disaster Recovery Compliance and Customer Crisis Recovery.   - The Regional Manager will also support GSN Legal Entity Transfer Pricing related Governance.   - The Regional Manager will be based out of Gurgaon, India and will report to Director, Governance Liaison based out of Center of Excellence (CoE) in Gurgaon, India.   Job Description :  Her or His role and its responsibilities, especially relative to the China, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and Philippines region(s), include, primarily, following :   - Customer Crisis Recovery Program Office related activities including Crisis specific Event Management, Program coverage expansion etc.   - GSN Legal Entity Transfer Pricing related Governance as limited to assisting with execution of Inter-Company Agreement etc.   - Support other critical activities for example, GSN Living Will Resolution Planning as necessitated by the Dodd-Frank Act (DFA), 2010   - Relationship Leader for one or more than one Business Unit towards end-to-end strategic engagement, which will support NEO lead Configuration etc. Specifically, towards achievement of GSN Control Rating:   - Business Continuity Compliance as governed by Information Security (Service Continuity) in partnership with as well as support of different Business Units and their Staff (Plan Developer) groups - as may be applicable   - Disaster Recovery Compliance related as governed by Information Security (Service Continuity) in support of Information Security in GSN Technology as well as in partnership with different Business Units and their Staff (Plan Developer) groups - as may be applicable   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   Qualifications :  - Graduate degree with 7-10 years of overall work experience in BCP/DR, Crisis management or Information security.  - Operational experience of working with one or more than one Business Unit is a preference   - Operational experience of working with multiple stakeholder persons and groups - globally   - Program and/or Project Management related work experience-cum-certification is desirable   - Among other things, demonstrated proficiency in: a. Business Communication b. Relationship Management   - Given a part of a global Crisis Preparedness and Management Team as well as necessary coverage of location(s) mentioned in job description, needs to be, among other things, highly flexible etc.  #NOLI
