Performance analytics measures and tracks the key metrics of the business and undertakes bespoke analytics to enable decision insights. These are the important indicators and valuable for Business Leaders to help determine whether the business is performing well or improvements need to be made. As a part of GCSA - COE, you- ll have the opportunity to develop and deliver business performance analytics to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance. The position will lead a team that will develop and deliver business performance reporting, improve data integrity and management, and create analytics to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance. If you seek challenge, have a strategic and analytical mindset, consider working with GCSA, American Express.  Key Responsibilities include:   - Leading a high performing team of analysts and ensuring a close collaboration with regional & global stakeholders to assess and provide reporting and analytical solutions fulfilling business requirements   - Manage and Ensure delivery of requested ad-hoc reporting and monthly packs like Global Charge Volume Packages, Global Losses Reports, Global Stacked Ranking etc   - Proactively own, drive and manage global standardization to build and share best practices for the field organization/ Senior Leaders and executive office   - Project Manage multiple priorities and exhibit strong multi tasking capabilities to drive business strategies and process improvement initiatives   - Responsible for team administrative activities o Identify resources required, assign individual responsibilities and evaluate impact on future resource requirements o Measure, track and meet SLA metrics (schedule, accuracy) o Performance & People Management   - Provide technical guidance for new report creation in technical infrastructure leveraging micro strategy and SAS  Shift Time: 3:30PM-11:00PM  Qualification  - Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with experience working in a global environment   - Strong business and financial acumen, with solid quantitative skills and creativity in developing insightful analytics   - Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and partnering skills   - Strong process management orientation with a proven ability to drive results across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced and highly matrix environment   - Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs - Advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint & SQL   - Experience in working on enterprise level data mining tools like SAS, Microstrategy etc is desired   - Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal errors   - Strong Organization, Project management & operational excellence skills   - Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with experience working in a global environment   - 5-6 years of relevant work experience, 1 -2 years in people management and preferably a Master's Degree or equivalent   - Consulting experience desired   - Prior experience of handling/leading a team   - Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings
