Job Description : This position is a part of Central Marketing Organization and reports to Director Consumer Marketing, South Asia. It is based out of Gurgaon. This is a people leader role with reporting lines.   Key responsibilities :   This role focuses on building and delivering premium customer experiences for American Express in India.   - The role involves working with external and internal stakeholders to build unique and differentiating programs that can resonate with American Express premium customer base and build preference.  - This position will also be responsible for leading communication development and optimizing the delivery channel strategy for the consumer portfolio in India.  - It will involve working with global teams to build and execute new tools and capabilities that can enhance the efficacy of communication channels.  - This position will also be responsible for all go to market launch marketing for all consumer product launches and revitalization.   - It will work closely with product management to ensure competitive value propositions and refine product positioning against segment needs and values.  - He/ She will be the key point of contact for marketing product refreshes, new product and/or initiative launches through compelling, credible and cut through marketing communications.   - It will also involve working closely with data analytics team for campaign analytics and targeting models.   - Conceptualizing & executing breakthrough marketing campaigns through collaboration with various teams within AXP India  - Defining modes of communications with customers, and innovating to find new means to communicate that are cutting edge and drive response with a specific focus on digital.   Analyzing results and creating best practices to continually optimize our marketing programs for increased effectiveness.   - Working closely with information management and capability teams to find new ways of messaging to customers that go beyond traditional means.   Use of digital marketing techniques such as social marketing, email marketing etc.   - Manage agency and marketing vendor relationships  Qualifications :   - 7-10 years of experience and MBA preferred.
