Function Description: This Director in this position will be responsible for driving Capabilities Initiatives and Cornerstone transformation for Regulatory Models. The incumbent will head a team of 10-15 capability architects and will be partnering closely with the Finance, Risk Modeling and AET teams in driving data capabilities covering model data, performance tracking and transforming model execution process to next generation capability on Big Data Platform(Cornerstone). Purpose of the Role: This role will enable end to end transformation of the regulatory model capabilities and bring the model and ECL calculations to the POA leveraging risk ODLs and CSP. Lead the team of capability architects to enable analytical framework for sensitivity analysis and loss forecasting that forms the basis for reserve calculations Responsibilities: 1. Leading Core Capability Development a. Modeling Data: Drive Modeling data creation processes for all models within regulatory model framework. b. Model Monitoring: Lead designing, developing and deploying next generation model monitoring processes for regulatory models. c. Process Automation: Identify and automate data and reporting processes and transform them into 100% automated processes. 2. Lead Big Data Transformation a. Partner with AET and IDN teams in transforming FI models to next generation capability in Big Data Environment. processes. 3. Train, Coach, Lead the programmers and develop next generation of Modeling data & Capability development architects 4. Work with the IDN, ARC and AET in driving the implementation of new capabilities and enhancing the existing processes.
